If you are about to purchase a property you can contact us for Surveying and then we will carry out a Homebuyer Survey or a full Building Survey. If you would like more information on the differences between these surveys please get in touch with us. If you have already had a survey and this has outlined possible problems with subsidence, electrics, damp, asbestos ... etc, you can call us to inspect and report on this in more detail.
If you are concerned about a problem in your existing home such as a crack in the wall, a tree growing too close, a sagging roof, a leaning chimney, old electrics, you may wish to call us to give you a professional opinion.
If you have a dispute with a builder over poor workmanship or have a disagreement with a neighbour over a boundary issue, or Party Wall, you might require a Building Surveyor or a Party Wall Surveyor. Luckily, we can arrange that for you.
